Enterprise Sales who can build the Enterprise business from scratch to full blown P/L level.
1. Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership team and other stakeholders to develop, implement and iterate on strategies and tactics that result in exceeding its annual sales and revenue targets including individual annual plans.
2. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing , Learning and Academic team to create impact.
3. Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data, Market trends and customer behaviour.
4. Need to work very closely with L and D department as well as Head of Human Resources.
5. An effective communicator with good presentation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships and establishing beneficial relationships.
6. Competency in sales planning and execution, product promotion and implementation of business strategies.
7. An innate flair for accepting challenges and abilities in managing & leading teams.
8. Must lead from the front and be solution oriented.
1. Management Graduate from a reputed institute
2. 8 to 10 years’ experience of relevant experience
1. Strong understanding of sales process, design and related outcomes
