Position Summary:

The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing B2C sales operations through tele sales, managing clients account, and leading teams to achieve customer acquisition targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

1. Develop and execute strategies for B2C customer acquisition through tele sales channels.

2. Drive the achievement of sales targets and ensure continuous growth in customer numbers.

3. Implement effective lead generation and conversion processes.

Client Management:

1. Manage relationships with multiple clients, understanding their goals and aligning strategies to meet their objectives.

2. Regularly communicate with clients, provide updates, and address any concerns.

3. Work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives and support staff.

2. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the team meets performance standards

3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Operations Management:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the B2C sales team.

2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and productivity.

3. Implement process improvements for enhanced team performance.

Reporting and Analytics:

1. Develop and maintain regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and team productivity.

2. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

2. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Quality Assurance:

1. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance, and ethical standards.

2. Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in Inside Sales, with a minimum of 8 years exp in Team management or Similar role

3. Proven experience in B2C tele sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

3. Analytical mind-set with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
