Position Summary:

USDC is an online high tech based skill development organization that was established to build an infrastructure for learners & equip them with future-ready skills & talent, using the latest pedagogical tools. We partner with universities and training institutions and support them with technology and soft infrastructure, and relevant qualifications that are recognized and respected by employers all over the world. The programs in the USDC platform are offered by JAIN Online, Vignan Online, Yenapoya Online and many more. We also collaborate with global professional bodies like ACCA, CIMA, CPA, SHRM to offer relevant accredited programs. We operate from multiple locations across the globe.

Our vision is to be a leading ed-tech provider bridging the gap that exists given the demographic dividend; by making learning innovative, interactive, and most importantly, accessible. We cater to over 25000 learners from across the globe and we have 250+ employees who help us in achieving our vision.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Empowerment Architect:

  • Lead the charge in selling transformative courses through outbound, inbound, and online processes.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, unlocking new horizons for learners.

2. Network Builder:

  • Utilize your expertise to identify opportunities within our existing learner community, expanding the sales pipeline.
  • Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be the bridge connecting dreams with educational paths.

3. Impactful Conversations:

  • Engage in around 150 connects daily, transforming each conversation into a stepping stone towards educational success.
  • Your self-motivation and organizational skills will shine as you manage a high volume of customer interactions.

4. Guiding Ambitions:

  • Counsel working professionals, helping them navigate towards courses that align with their career domains.
  • Your role extends beyond sales; you're here to inspire and guide aspirations to new heights.

5. Tech Savvy:

  • Leverage your familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting, adding an extra layer of efficiency.
